Refunds (Damaged or Faulty items only)
Courage & Co have a 30 day return policy for faulty or damaged items, however we do not refund for change of mind so please choose your design carefully.
If eligible for a refund, please send us an email at email@example.com with the reason why you would like to return, and our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours with instructions for your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
If sizing is not the desired fit, exchanges will be made in the case where item is not worn or washed.
Return shipping fee is paid by buyer and original shipping is non-refundable.
